Techlam is a leader of producing structural laminated timber products and prides itself on meeting the changing needs of architects and structural designers with a strong emphasis on operational excellence. They are New Zealand's largest Glulam manufacturing facility and examples of their amazing design solutions can be found throughout New Zealand, Australia and the South Pacific.
The Client
Techlam had previously used Peoplesafe, which is a good system initially but as Techlam grew in size and complexity they found they needed more. In addition to Peoplesafe Techlam also used another standalone system to manage their internal auditing processes along with various spreadsheets, files and numerous storage locations..
With Mango all of that became one single integrated solution that was available to the entire organsiaiton.

Techlam are currently using several standalone pieces of software plus spreadsheets and documents, this results in people finding it a challenge to log information and get the required information out they need.
The previous systems were difficult to navigate around meaning they spent more time trying to train people and getting them to enter the required in information into the system
The current systems no longer met the needs of their growing business and weren’t integrated.
